Mooser the EMC lab for global automotive applications, armed forces, railways, industry and all fields of electro-engineering where electromagnetic compatibility is important. We perform the qualification process for your products in the european, american and asian market.

Exactly what are we doing?
On an area of 3000 m² all in all, state-of-the-art absorber and shielding cabins, measuring stations and simulation systems for EMC tests, EMC procedures, EMC development and EMC shielding are available. An absolute novelty is our test centre for hybrid, electric and fuel cell drives and electrical tests on high voltage systems. More than 60 engineers and physicists are working with top precision for best result! We also create examination plans, specifications and studies for our customers.

Which added value do we offer?
We are distinguished by decades of experience and lots of know-how. Leading-edge technology, e. g. FFT measurement technology in the frequency range from 20 Hz to 8 GHz, and the close cooperation of our two locations Egling near Munich and Ludwigsburg near Stuttgart ensure prompt and flexible order processing. Our goal is the precise result and hence your satisfaction!

Can we prove our quality?
Yes! In order to ensure top quality, our two EMC labs are accredited and certified according to ISO 17025, KBA and AEMCLRP:

• ISO 17025: General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration labs
• AEMCLRP: Automotive EMC Laboratory Accreditation Program for Chrysler, Ford, GM
• KBA (Federal Motor Transport Authority): Type examinations according to the EU vehicles directive 72/245/EWG and ECE-R10. Appointed as Technical Service by the KBA.
